Buy online, pick up in store
We‘ll keep your order for several days so you can come get it at a convenient time
You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store location in two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in stores allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We‘ll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the floor.
Shipping
Your order will be shipped via UPS or USPS. We only ship on Mondays-Thursday. All orders on Friday-Sunday, will ship out Monday.
Returns Made Simple
Online Returns
After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Please include a copy of your receipt, order # and/or packing slip with the reason for your return. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.

*Seasonal and Sale items are final sale. We only offer in-store credit and exchanges on returns. These must be redeemed in the physical store. Purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and smoke, deodorant, perfume, and makeup free. All original tags MUST be attached. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: ~Items purchased with a discount ~Sale items ~Items marked as "Final Sale" ~Shoes ~Hair & Other Accessories ~Candles or any other type of home fragrances ~Seasonal Items All items must be delivered back to La Bella Casa within 30 days of the purchase date. We will use the delivery date from the original order for delivery items. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases. Exchanges
The best way to ensure the fastest exchange, is to process a new purchase with the replaced item. This will ensure you receive your desired size or item, and that we still have it in stock.
